PANATTONI | Requests to join Uniport

Panattoni has a new logistics project in Bizkaia, in el Abra industrial estate, next to the port of Bilbao and with excellent road connections.

On a 12,000 square metre plot of land, once the construction work is finished, it will have 7,600 m² of rentable space. Of this space, 460 m² will be destined for an office building.

The building will have over eleven metres of storage height, with seven loading and unloading bays as well as posts for receiving vans and 45 parking spaces. The building will have state of the art fire protection and BREEAM Verygood certification and is expected to be available next September.

With this operation, Panattoni continues with its goal to expand in different strategic locations in the Iberian Peninsula, which in the Basque Country has materialised in Júndiz (Panattoni Park Vitoria) and Oiartzun (Gipuzkoa).

Panattoni is a logistics-industrial real estate developer, leader in the field of real estate logistics in Europe. In the last four years, it has delivered about 6.4 million square metres and invested around 5,500 million euros of capital. Since it began in 1986 in California (USA), the space provided exceeds 40 million square metres.
