PANATTONI | New development in the area around the port of Bilbao

Panattoni has started the construction of a new logistics platform in the province of Burgos, in the town of Ircio, near Miranda de Ebro.

The total built-up area of the complex will be 133,000 m² GLA (Gross Lettable Area).

The project is being built on a 284,779 m² site and will consist of two buildings. Building A will have a GLA of 62,000 m² with 1,700 square metres of office space and Building B will have a GLA of 70,900 m² with 3,530 square metres of office space.

The complex will have 156 loading/unloading bays, 35 metres of manoeuvring space for lorries and 1,292 parking spaces for cars.

The first phase (Building A) is currently under construction and is expected to be completed and ready for rental and capable of accommodating up to 4 tenants, by the third quarter of 2024.

The Ircio industrial estate is located between the AP68 and the N-1, next to the Bilbao-Castejón railway line, just 60 km from the port of Bilbao.
